Pre-Season Preparation Program (Sept. 2024)
4 x Sessions, Maximum 10 Skaters

Development Goals:
-Focus on pre-season conditioning
-High tempo drills and skills
- Regain comfort and feel for the puck
-Establish balance, coordination and strength on the ice
-Emphasis on shooting technique, focus on accuracy
-Opportunity to break in new equipment

-Correction and repetition
-Variety and game situations
-Quick release
-Shot selection and situations
-Forehand and backhand

Christmas Camps (December 2024)

"Learn To Hockey" Program (Sept. 2024)
4 x Sessions, Maximum 8 Skaters

Development Goal: Created for players in their first/second year of hockey who are able to skate
Skating Development
-Comfort on inside and outside edges
-Balance on skates with stick and equipment
-Lengthen stride
-Confidence skating backwards
Puck Handling
-Proper hockey stance and body position
-Comfort and confidence with the puck
-Hand-eye coordination with the stick and puck
-Coordination of skating while handling a puck

Shooting & Passing:
-Introduce proper technique
-Transfer of weight and power
-Accuracy
